renewable for a further term of 75 years at a re-assessed Crown Rent commencing from the date
of the letter mentioned in (c).
(c). Premium, 822,482.00 for the area colcured red on
plan, to be paid into the Colonial Treasury within
seven days of the date of a letter signed by the Director of Public Works stating that the area is at his disposal.
(d). Crow Rent at the rate of $120.00 per were per
annum calculated to the nearest even dollar to
commence from the date mentioned in (c).
(e). A sum of not less than $140,000.00 to be spent on
buildings on the lot within 24 months from the
date mentioned in (c).
(f). The lessee to form the whole area of the lot
colourod red, to such levels as the Diracter of
Public Works may approve and to his satisfaction
within 12 months of the date mentioned in (c).
(g). The lessee to take such precautions as may be
necessary to prevent landslips in the event of his cutting away the hill to level the site. Should a landslip occur as the result of such cutting or levelling, the lessee will be held responsible for any damage resulting from or brought about by such
landslips.
(h). The training of the stream course on the South-
-east side of the lot will be carried out by the
Government.
(j).The Government sewer will be extended to a point
adjacent to the lot; the lessee to defray the cost of connecting drains from the lot to the Government sewer; such connection being carried out by the
Director of Public Works.
